New circus and pair acrobatics

Annotation:
We will do acrobatics in pairs and in groups. We will work with the center of gravity and balancing in pairs, build human pyramids, but also use various other acrobatic-movement principles (contact improvisation, dance acrobatics, Icarian games, banquine,…). We will work not only on the right technique, but also on a creative approach to acrobatics, and acrobatics will become our means of artistic expression. You do not need a partner for the course.

Helena Škovierová
She studied puppetry at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague and ceramic design at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, she is one of the founders of the first school of the new circus in Slovakia He specializes in aerial and pair acrobatics and clowning, and in his theatrical work he tries to combine new circus principles with visual and movement theater. She collaborates with theaters in Slovakia but also abroad, either as an actress-performer-acrobat or as a choreographer (DAB Nitra, SND, NDB, STU Small Stage Theater, Facka Theater, ...). (Estonia, England, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Czech Republic, ...). In addition, he also deals with scenography and especially costume design.
